Not long after Chris Brown’s ex-manager sued him, Brown is staring another lawsuit in the face, this time from former Death Row CEO Suge Knight.
Knight’s suit stems from a shooting in 2014 at a pre-VMA party hosted by Brown at a Miami nightclub that left Knight injured from three gunshot wounds.
The suit (filed today, June 27th) blames Brown and 1 Oak nightclub
management for failing to have proper security. The suit calls out Brown
for a history of violence at his hosted events.
The irony here is that Knight is currently in jail awaiting trial on an unrelated murder charge.
I guess when one names their label “Death Row Records,” he or she is bound to attract violence and legal woes.
